Booking Policies (Quick Version)
- Retainer: 50% of your package total. This reserves your date and is non-refundable.
- Final payment: Due 7 days before your event (or at booking if you’re inside that window).
- Travel: Travel is included within 30 miles of Waterville. Outside that: $0.75/mile (round trip).
- Reschedule window: One free reschedule with 14+ days notice (subject to availability). Additional reschedules may include a small fee.
- Cancellation: Retainer is forfeited if you cancel 7 days or less before the event.
- Weather (because Maine): If severe weather makes travel unsafe or your venue closes, your retainer transfers to a new date within 12 months.
This is the short version. The contract/waiver is the official agreement.

Base Package
- Up to 4 tents
- Basic décor + lighting
- Standard theme décor
- Tent, mattress, sheet, pillow, blanket and tray included per tent
Extra Tents
- Add as many tents as you need, up to 12

Notes on Fees
- Pickup and drop available
- Delivery/Pick-up fee: $35–$65 (depending on distance)
- Custom themes subject to additional fee per tent
- Final quote confirmed by email
*Mileage fees apply outside Central & Southern Maine. Custom themes may require additional materials.
